California Harebell/Asyneuma prenanthoides
California harebell is in the Campanulaceae, or Bellflower Family. It is usually found tucked into shady areas in woodland or mixed conifer habitat, often on north-facing slopes. California harebell will thrive with medium to moist soil with good drainage. The interesting lavender-blue flowers will bloom June-July. Attractive to bumble bees and other pollinators.
